Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful. The store was inviting and a pleasure to look around. One sofa we would have liked to have seen wasn't in store but that did not detract too much from the overall very positive experience. We went with one sofa in mind but ended up ordering one we had not considered as we found it to be a better fit for our room.

Loved the fact we could take our dog to your shack and how wonderful the staff were with him . The water and treats for the dog and humans were appreciated!

Rosina spent the time to make sure that my 2 metre tall husband was comfortable on the sofa and that I was too considering our height difference. That really helped us with our choice. Coffee was great too

We visited the Chelmsford Loaf Shack 2 weekends ago based on what we had seen on line. We had been searching for a new sofa for over a year. We were immediately greeted by Madeline and she provided us with answers to all our questions, leaflets, measurements and fabric samples. She was very knowledgeable about the sofa we were particularly interested in. The store was beautiful and the sofa looks like top quality. We were offered a soft drink and honestly our experience was great and just right. We left with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We returned just over a week later and were greeted by Michela who again was knowledgeable about the sofa and took our order. We were able to play around with the fabric samples, test out the sofa and compare it against a sample of our carpet we brought with us. Nothing appeared too much trouble at all and we both felt like valued customers. We had a coffee, completed the paperwork and we had a laugh too. She was joined at times by Rosina who was also lovely. All 3 of them treated us lovely and smiled all the time which we particularly like! We can’t wait to get our new sofa! Thank you. We would most definitely recommend this store!

The staff in the new chelmsford store were beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They made both me and my little dog very welcome with drinks and treats . They were very knowledgeable about the products and checked any extra questions I raised. As always the products are excellent but the staff made all the difference!

I can finally sit down in my house
Your Chelmsford store staff are oustanding, especially Rosina (please forgive my spelling) and it's a very well laid-out shop. We appreciated not just the information about Loaf products, but the stylistic guidance as well. Your staff there helped us navigate through questions we didn't know we needed to ask! Don't even think about closing that branch. I will never shop with you again if you do.
The delivery team were fantastic. Bang on time and with a 10-minute courtesy call before. Lovely gents, strong as ox and swift as gazelle; had the sofa installed, arranged and the packing materials tidied away within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
All around a sterling 10/10 performance.

We visited the Chelmsford store, the staff were very welcoming. Anya was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she listened carefully to our requirements and was able to suggest a number of different colour schemes that would work for our bedroom. The atmosphere within the store is very relaxed and at no time did we feel pressured during our visit.
