Excellent service and beautiful soft furnishings
I’ve been really impressed with my experience with Loaf. The choice of fabrics is fantastic, with so many lovely colours, textures and styles to choose from.
The quality is excellent and everything feels beautifully made, with a real attention to detail. The staff were also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole process easy and enjoyable without ever feeling pressured.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff
I visited the store with an idea of what i wanted but was still unsure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they helped me visualise what the sofa would look like in my home and also clearly explained the delivery process.

You must visit there shack
You must visit there shack Sophie and the team are very welcoming easy going with all the information you're ever need. We traveled over two hours to visit the most comfortable sofa's we have sat on and as soon as we got home it was bought. Thank you for letting us feel at home in your shack.

We went in after having looked online at a coffee table, the lovely Wendy greeted us as soon as we walked in. She checked in on us multiple times while we were browsing. Once we had decided what we were going to go for, she was so much help with assisting us with picking the fabric - giving us all her expert knowledge to make the right decision. 10/10 service, we will absolutely be back and will definitely be recommending for anyone to go in store. Amazing service in Edinburgh
Sharron at the Edinburgh Shack couldn’t have been more helpful…..she showed me all the products I was interested in then left me to browse (and sit inthem) at leisure - she even gave me a bottle of water! She also helped me choose suitable swatches to coordinate with my own fabric.

So far delivered about 40% of a sofa
So far delivered about 40% of a sofa. The other corner half is missing, no legs supplied and missing two cushions for the half that we have got.
Very little help from loaf other than we are investigating???
That doesn't help us. You spend over £4000 for very pitiful service.
They will soon be asked to collect the 40% and I'll go to DFS. You've probably got a sale on.
But seriously shocking service and have no qualms in telling as many people as I can about loaf and the poor service.

We visited the loaf store in Edinburgh and spoke to Marianne about purchasing a chaise sofa. Marianne was very helpful and explained all the options available to us, as we have limited space. We came away armed with a selection of colour swatches and all the information we needed to make our purchase

Staff was VERY helpful
Staff was VERY helpful. In store products fully available and easy to sit in and test - the fabric swatches were large and easily tested out on the actual furniture.
Again, staff well trained and helpful and not pushy in any way.

Excellent service from fabric samples to sofa bed ordering. Fabulous furniture, beautiful shop with friendly staff.
I ordered multiple samples of fabric which arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged with information.
We went to the store in Straiton and were immediately greeted by Wendy. She showed us all the different sofa beds and demonstrated how they opened out and answered all our questions. Wendy was not pushy, she allowed us to mooch around the store sitting on various sofa beds and spend time considering. We visited a second time and this time we again were greeted immediately and helped to a decision to order a medium slow riser sofa bed.
A few days later we changed our minds and phoned up to change the medium sofa bed for a large sofa bed. This was no problem at all. Very easy. Thank you.

Very happy with Loaf sofa we bought last year so could not go anywhere else to buy a chair. Staff are helpful and friendly, quality of products and variety of choice of styles and fabrics can not be matched.

Not a great customer experience in your Edinburgh Straiton store unfortunately. Unable to finance couch to our new address that we were due to move into in a few weeks. Found customer assistant quite hostile and rude. Completely shut us down and let over a £3k paying customer leave the shop!

Super helpful and friendly people. A lovely vibe met us from the moment we entered the showroom. The fact that they loved dogs too made our shopping experience with our pooches all the more enjoyable.

The staff (two Alans at Edinburgh branch) were so helpful . Nothing was a problem to bring different styles of chairs together for us to compare and try! Also they have an extensive range of fabrics & colours to choose from and gave us samples to see how they would look in our own home. Nothing was too much trouble.
