Can't wait for my soaf bed to arrive
Emma greeted me as soon as I arrived at Redbrick Leeds. She was extremely helpful, demonstrated the sofa bed I'd come to look at and helped me choose a colour (not one of the four I'd shortlisted at home but I'm super happy with it!). Emma was friendly, chatty and extremely knowledgeable - so I really appreciated her willingness to help.
(as a thank you for my order I was given two mugs in individual boxes ... a lovely touch I thought, until I got to my car and opened them. All that discussion about the amazing colour choices Loaf have - but their free mugs were in elephant grey. Yes I know they were free and I can give them away but really? grey? It took away that 'excited, just paid a lot of money for something really special' feeling and instead I drove away feeling slightly disappointed).

Bought a sofa and bedroom furniture…
Bought a sofa and bedroom furniture from store in Batley yesterday. Products are excellent and exactly what we were looking for.
But what made the whole experience, was the help we received from Azzy & Karl. I’m not normally one for writing reviews but felt that the way these two guys went out of their way to help us needed recognising. Both a huge asset to the brand. Thanks Gents 👏

I left the shop not knowing if an order…
I left the shop not knowing if an order was even going to be placed. The 2 assistants were clueless. I chose to pay 50 percent and the rest on finance. I filled out the online doc and finance was approved. I then asked when the 50 percent would be taken and from where, neither knew. I left it and then contacted customer services who could see the order was pending awaiting payment. I then had to call the finance company and sort the payment out. Do better Loaf especially in your Leeds shack. I would have bet good money on the fact that the 2 clueless assistants were in their first week !

Don’t walk run
It took us 3 visits to decide which was important as the first visit I thought I wanted the slow riser but then had a sit on the Groover and was sold, just colour to sort which Emma gave us the big swatches to take home and we knew what colour looked best (loaf should do this all the time imo) we haven’t received our new purchases yet but I’d like to thank the team at Redbrick Mill loaf Shack. Emma and Jonjo were fantastic in answering questions I had and as a salesman myself I felt very informed about the materials, the technology, the delivery and install process along with funding options and the Loaf warranty. Having a 3yr old and trying to do some shopping can be tricky but hats off to the loaf shack and how it’s presented, there were games and treats for her which kept her occupied. Having looked at beds and sofas in the past the traditional high street shops did nothing for me, loaf is different and different is good. You get a real feel
For how it will look in the home and also accessorised to give you more of an idea of add ons. In regard to what loaf can do better then I think a cool feature would be to see the progress of your new sofa or bed being built on a time line, little bit like Dominoes. Apart from that I look forward to my sofa and bed and I will be back. :)

The Loaf sofas are all lovely
The Loaf sofas are all lovely, but size and colour are important decisions to be made. Laura at Redbrick was great. She spent time helping me to make the decision and coordinating a footstool too.

Easy process and helpful staff
We’ve been looking at Loaf sofas for years and today there was a super helpful team member, Uzma, who made the process easy. We chatted earlier in the day and looked at various fabrics against different sofas. We decided to go away and think about it over lunch. When we returned, Uzma remembered us and welcomed us back in a very down to earth way and allowed us space to make up our minds in our own time. Once we had made the decision, she was chatty and guided us through the very quick process of buying the sofa that was right for us in a way that felt very genuine.
