good sofas, bad customer service
Sofa is amazing but we were miss sold insurance, turns out it doesn’t cover exactly what the store assistant said it would. Customer service is not good, AI generated auto replies that don’t answer the questions asked and Loaf flat out refused to look into the problem or refund the insurance

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While I'm pleased that you're happy with your sofa, I appreciate your frustration regarding the insurance policy and the outcome of your claim.
I can see that we did contact the insurance provider on your behalf to discuss your concerns. Unfortunately, as the insurance is provided and administered by a third-party company, their claims decisions are made independently and there is very little we can do to influence their outcome.
I'm sorry that you felt unsupported throughout the process and that our communication did not meet your expectations.

Shocking furniture and customer…
Shocking furniture and customer service. Ordered some furniture in January, delivered damaged in April, replacement in June arrived also damaged.
I had really high expectations of this company given they are a premium brand which they aren’t.
The latest chair delivered had a hole in that was filled in and covered up with a staple!
Still dealing with customer service and not resolved.
Would recommend using another firm.

We drove over from Liverpool especially to see the shop and test out the sofas to see how comfortable they were. The staff were so helpful regarding information, knowledge of all the various ranges, colours etc.
We really were impressed with the service that we received and would recommend the company to others.

£4700, 5 months, and no product
Sad state of affairs. I handed over £4700 for a sofa and 2 chairs 5 months ago, and still have nothing to show for it.
In my case, they somehow “forgot” to process my order. Word advice to anyone looking to buy from loaf- you are taking on a risk of incompetence, and be prepared to take on a degree of responsibility for the timely processing of your order once they quite quickly take all of your money.

I love the cushions but was a little disappointed I should have ordered 6 first order but made a mistake and pressed 4 I was going on holiday the next day and was rushing and in just 2 weeks I went to order 2 more and they had gone up 40% so fro £75 to £105 that’s a huge jump

I had such a fantastic experience with…
I had such a fantastic experience with Kane at the Loaf Wilmslow store. He actually helped me last year as well, so it was lovely to walk in and be greeted with a warm welcome back. It instantly felt personal and remembered.
From the start, Kane took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I explained that we wanted something really cosy for film nights in our second living room, and he guided us through a few options, including the Bear Hug sofa, which we ended up choosing.
What really stood out was how attentive but never pushy he was. After giving us space to browse, he checked back in and offered support when I mentioned I had a few items in my basket but was not fully decided on colours. He gently suggested a more complementary shade of green that would work beautifully with our Honey Pot Slow Riser sofa we already had at home. It was something we had not fully considered ourselves.
We came back the following weekend, and Kane had gone above and beyond by putting together a vision board for us. It made such a difference seeing everything come together visually. He also recommended a rug that complemented the space perfectly, which we bought, along with matching cushions, a lamp, and two throws to complete the look.
I genuinely cannot thank Kane enough. His interior design knowledge, attention to detail, and level of customer care are second to none. It is rare to receive that kind of thoughtful, personalised service, and it made the whole experience really enjoyable.
We will forever be returning customers for Kane!
