I was a loyal customer for years. I was asked to verify my income for government requirements and they said I was not approved for a loan. But I never applied for a reloan. The email I got was one sentence about not using my bank however if that’s the case then how the heck was I using my bank for that long? It makes no sense at all then I log into my dashboard and it says I can reapply using a different source of income so which is it is it the income or is it the bank to completely different results from what should’ve been a routine verification process I’ve never heard of the person before that rep replied to my verification email and the website has never shown that text sort of text before it is almost like it was written by hand or typed out by someone who’s just filling in whatever the hell they wanted so I never want to deal with that company again they are acting like scammers they’re clearly under some kind of a new management or something, and I feel very uncomfortable with ever giving them any more of my information.
If you’re looking for consistency transparency, and a company that will work with you and not give you some vague weird reason that makes no sense to deny you on a loan that you did didn’t even apply for then don’t go with this company.
Don’t just just save your time.
