Absolute shit show of a company
Absolute shit show of a company. applied for a 2k loan 3 days ago. got provisionally accepted. got told it would be sorted by 3:30pm on the same day. got to 3pm i rang and they said it will be tomorrow. waited untill then and they message at 12 noon we need more information. sent it across expecting a reply....then waited another day and they sent another message saying we now need to do open banking checks so i gave accesss at around 3pm still nothing. absolute joke of a company. they say open till 8pm nah thats the underwriters they are only open till 4pm
they will only respond with ''message us at Hello @loans2go.co.uk'' aload of bollocks not even sure i want the damn loan now

defaulted my account and are threatening me with bailiffs despite the fact they know I am going through cancer treatment. I tried to set up repayment plan but they didn’t even give me a week to complete the income expenditure form before just closing my agreement. heartless scumbags. would never use. they prey on people who don’t understand the fine print and charge absolutely insane interest rates. hope they go bust one day

I had a few previosu loans with this company and they were generally fine and reasonable. Until I complained. I made a complaint, and ever since then they've declined me. Go figure. That's not fair is it? What a way to treat people.
