I ordered a metal Konsole with marble top. It was delivered to a German paket depot due ti the huge difference it price/ shipping to Switzerland. After unpacking the item we placed the marble top in the given space but it sits completely crooked, the right side shows a gap. We pressed it down thinking it was caught on the rubber buffers & it snapped in two pieces, obviously a flaw in the marble, because it was very well packaged. So very disappointing.

Sofa was 1000 francs more expensive than Germany. When it arrived it stinks of chemicals and damp. The customer service and nightmare in purchasing this product makes me very disappointed.

I am very happy with the selection of the products, the style and the quality. All purchases so far arrived quickly and in good order. Recommended
I really love the product, which is a serving cart but there were a few problems:
The cart I was sent was packed well and all the pieces arrived intact. However, I purchased a new serving cart, not a used one and it was clear from a few stripped screws and obvious dirt on the caster wheels, that the cart had been assembled and used previously.
There were dirty fingerprints on the cart iron creme colored pieces, so it was clear that it was previously used or was possibly a floor model or sample. I cleaned this off myself.
The only other problem is smaller, and not directly Loberon's fault: the delivery service didn't ring my bell when they place the large and very heavy box in front of my gate, which meant that when I attempted to open my gate, I could only slide myself through to "walk" the big box all along the driveway to get it into my gate. As a result, I was late for an important meeting but in the end, it's not really Loberon's fault. Maybe a directive to the shipping company can solve this for future orders.
I assembled the cart myself (I'm a slight 57 year old woman) using the very simple assembly instructions. I also appreciate the inclusion of extra screws in the package.
All in all, I love my new service cart and find the quality excellent. The style is charming and warm, and it's strong enough it would seem for everyday usage.
So far so good with delivery experience and products are of good quality. Expectations highly met. SATISFIED CUSTOMER!👍
Very disappointed with the item I received. It looks cheap as it’s not well made. - New lamp, that the glass looks dirty and the shade full of bubbles and scratches.
What horrible customer service and such low quality of products. I will simply never buy anything from this company again.

Very cheap item; the glass is thin and the little metal faucet to let out the water is screwed on crooked; it’s not straight and you can see a huge screw on the top plus the metal has a big scratch on it…it’s so not aesthetic! I am so disappointed as the pictures are totally deceiving. It’s nothing at all like the pictures online.

I want to preface this by saying that I know supply chains are messed up right now and I understand that Loberon can't do anything about the availability of different pieces of furniture. That being said, I ordered a table & chairs in March knowing the chairs were available and the table would be available in another month and a half. The chairs got delivered no problem but the availability of the table kept getting pushed out. Every other week I was receiving an email that the table wouldn't be available for another few weeks. I reached out to Loberon to see if they had more specifics on when the table would be available, I received a reply that the customer service representative had contacted the distributer and then gave me a date when the table would be delivered. That date came and went with no contact from either Loberon or the delivery company. When I reached out again, I was told the availability date had gotten pushed back 2 more months! So I cancelled that order and ordered a different table that was marked immediately available. That table still took almost 3 weeks to get delivered.
I'm happy with the table that got delivered. It's well made and required only minor assembly. Customer service has been very friendly and admitted that they shouldn't have given me a delivery date in the first place. I would suggest only submitting orders for pieces that are available because there's no telling when pieces will actually be available.
I have waited for this delivery for about 4 months, and I am sorely disappointed. The secretary desk is made of cheap MDF board, and poorly painted to imitate the look of wood. I would expect such a product to be about 30-40CHF, not well over 100. It also, like most of the other Loberon products, has no protecting finish to it. The paint is chipping off with just a few light touches, and I can't imagine what it'll look like if a drop of water gets on it. I had planned this as an art materials organizer for my kids, but it will likely look terrible after just a few weeks of use.

I strongly recommend not to buy from Loberon. I ordered an item in January. It still hasn't shipped two months later. The website said 6-10 days for delivery.
Communication with customer service has been frustrating. It appears they are just trying to buy time.
Now I received confirmation that my order has been canceled. I'm still waiting for my money back.
Unreasonable delivery delays...sometimes taking months even for small items like coasters or a vase to the point you may have forgotten what you ordered or changed your mind! The delivery time indicated on their website for each product is completely inaccurate. My current order of 31 January said 6-10 days delivery. When I followed up today, I was told the item will be available in March. Available still does not mean shipped, which will probably take another 2 weeks. I am a regular internet shopper and this is the only company with such slow delivery. This is the last time I order from them.
Do not order here! Ordered goods were not delivered and reimbursement denied. Customer service lied for several weeks that goods would be delivered.
