Don't buy from Loberon!

I still havent gotten my issue resolved. After waiting many months more than the predicted delivery date, Loberon refused to grant a price match on the sale price until my item was delivered. When it finally did, it was very damaged and they still have not proposed a solution!

Scam company

Scam company. Item said 4-6 days delivery. Received half of order. Other item suddenly said only July delivery. Emailed to cancel order. No possible but apologies weee said and item now sent. A few days later I phone- no English (95% of Netherlands speaks English, so this is insane)- and I’m now told item is only available for September delivery! No way to cancel, received a refund or even store credit to get something that is in stock. Terrible customer service that gets you no where and seem to all have different stories. Thank goodness I removed the sofa from my order before buying the small items. I wanted to see the quality first and thankful I never wasted even more of my money!

This was my third purchase from Loberon's website and I have been %100 happy with all my purchases:
1) the products are exactly what you see when you order
2) they were perfectly packaged
3) very informative throughout the process

I am a very satisfied customer and I keep recommending Loberon to all my friends.

Delivered product looked very different…

Delivered product looked very different from the web page.

While the mirror I received was nice, it was only similar to the one on the webpage in shape... Color and type of the wood, decorative markings, and build quality looked very different in person. I understand it's a natural product that can differ from one to another, but this is very far off.

After coming to terms with the different look and feel, I have decided to keep the mirror. However, if given the choice, I would not spend those 200 again at Loberon.

Edit: pieces of wood started breaking off. Definitely returning this one.

Gootsteenkast Holbrook - kitchen counter

Since my last review on the same issue, the problem has still not been resolved, so I want to keep everyone updated.
After Loberon informed me that they had made an appointment with the transport company, I spent several days being sent back and forth between Loberon and the delivery company. The delivery company repeatedly confirmed that they had never received a pickup order from Loberon, while Loberon continued to insist that they had placed it.
This situation went on for days, until it was finally acknowledged that the pickup order had, in fact, never been placed. This lack of coordination and follow‑up seems to be how Loberon operates, unfortunately.
To make matters worse, the customer service representative I spoke to could not communicate in English. I asked if someone Dutch‑speaking could assist, but even then there appeared to be serious misunderstandings, which only added to the delays and confusion.

Disappointing Experience and Refusal to Refund for Damaged Goods

I am writing this review to warn other consumers about my highly frustrating experience with Loberon. I received an order for Bank Weralin on May 10th 2025, and unfortunately, the item arrived damaged.
​I immediately contacted the company's customer service team and provided all necessary documentation, including photos of the damaged product. After an initial response confirming the issue, communication abruptly stopped. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails over the past several weeks to my original case, I have received no further replies and the company has completely ignored my requests for the agreed-upon refund of €137.
​This lack of communication and refusal to honor their responsibility has left me with a damaged product and no resolution. My next step is therefore filing a report with the Consumentenbond regarding this matter.
​I strongly advise against doing business with a company that handles customer service and refunds with such a lack of integrity and professionalism.

Customer Service made a mistake but I must fix it.

I ordered furniture for my new house and called immediately to arrange for the items to be delivered at a later date, after I had keys to the new house. This is a service that their website offers. I arranged this with a customer service representative, but she did not follow through with organizing the proper dispatch date. The items were mailed too early, and I was told to resolve the inconvenience myself.

Not happy with quality of lamp shade

I was really happy with my first purchase but a little less with my second one. I bought a table lamp. The lampshade has many "bubbles" between the fabric and the inner plastic material shell. Is there no quality control before the goods are sent to the customer? With mail order, it is always inconvenient to have to return things and so I will have to keep it as is.

Also the cheap paper tape around the box was broken. You could easily open it with just one finger. For the rest no complains.
