After placing my initial order I got a surprising email saying that the shoes will take 10 days to be shipped because they 'custom' made them. There website didn't say anything about this 10 day wait. After that they emailed me saying that one of the items I ordered ended up being 'out of stock'. This contradicts their first email about them making these shoes to order. I then had to spend an hour chatting with customer service to find out if the replacement shoe I wanted was in stock. They then confirmed it was available later in the afternoon. At that point they said that the items are ready to be shipped and they will follow up with the shipping details. It has been several days now and they have not emailed me back to confirm if my order has been shipped yet. I am also suspicious as they dont have a physical address or a customer service number...to be continued...

This was more than what was expected,This is an absolute great piece, very very happy to order this, it is very comfortable and it's grip on the ground is good,quality of shoes is good with nice looking. The leather is of good quality. Comfortable to wear. Perfect formal shoes for office wear. Even if I am wearing it whole day, its really comfortable. Worth the money. Quality looks good at first instance, light weight shoes. Good product value of money

They are great! I do feel taller for sure! I give it a 5 star because I don't find anything wrong with the shoes, they look as normal as a regular shoe and they fit just perfectly.
