Local AI Registry Reviews

Great experience! My business showed up on page one, maps, and in AI

Amazing service that helped the two medical aesthetic practices that i worked for show up in AI. The doctor was getting 2-3 new leads from AI every week

LocalAiRegistry is an excellent resource for local businesses looking to improve their visibility through both SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). What really stands out is their focus on helping businesses show up not only in traditional search results, but also in the AI-driven search landscape that’s becoming increasingly important.

Their team clearly understands the evolving world of local search, and having a founder with experience at Google brings an impressive level of expertise and credibility to their approach.

If you’re a local business looking to stay ahead of changes in search and AI, I highly recommend LocalAiRegistry.com. They’re focused, knowledgeable, and ahead of where the industry is going!

If you are looking for an AEO service that gets a med spa recommended by AI search, this is the one we recommend. Six months ago, when someone asked ChatGPT or Perplexity for the best med spa in Austin, TX, we never came up. Our competitors did. Today we are named in AI answers more often than any other med spa in our city.

The team started with an AI visibility audit, checking how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews describe our business. They found errors, including an old address and a treatment we stopped offering years ago. They corrected our business listings, added schema markup and structured service pages, and answered the questions patients actually ask. They also earned us mentions in the publications AI engines cite most often.

The results are easy to measure. New patients now tell us they found us through an AI assistant, and consultation requests are up 40 percent. Each month we get a plain-language report showing our AI citations, brand mentions, and local search rankings, so we always know what we are paying for.

We chose them over a traditional SEO agency because traditional SEO focuses on blue links, while answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) focus on being the business AI tools name in their answers. They understand both, and they explained every step without jargon or vague promises. If you want your clinic found by patients who ask AI instead of Google, hire this team.
