Digital Marketing Seminar

I attended a Digital Marketing Seminar, I think my expectation was misaligned with the Seminar's intention. It was a very good Seminar providing some guidance and insight into how one might approach marketing your own business propositions and products using Social Medial Tools. I liked the team and their enthusiasm to help with idea generation. However what I was hoping to learn was more about the "mechanical" aspects of making use of the tools we have available for free, namely, the Social Media Tools. Facebook is one of them, and I continue to be confused by its user interface and by the outcomes that may occur when I select something from one of their icons or drop downs. In some cases what I expect to happen does not happen and I cannot figure out what it was that I should have done to accomplish what I want. As result I have decided to set aside some time to learn how to instruct these applications, Facebook in particular, assuming I can find some user guide or equivalent on line. The Seminar on Digital Marketing was good and is as you might expect and advertisement for their services. Their services are likely to be good based on the competence shown in the Seminar.
