Only used it half a dozen times but it's built the way crypto should be: you can take the establishment route with KYC brokers or avoid it with those who are more flexible, fees are very low, everything is automated and verifiable, the escrow makes it very safe and the site itself is absolutely up-front and legitimate. My go-to for onramping from fiat. Highly recommended.

I had a software problem with the wallet when I sent my BCH. My money disappeared and I am still waiting for an answer for 2 months. "Anibal" told me that they scalated the issue and I haven't known more about it. Nobody answered me or asked me about more data. Worst client support ever

terrible (non existent customer service). I lost 500$ to a chinese seller who once I paid, did not release my litecoin. He then proceded to laugh about it. I would give this service -0 if it were an option. Stuffed full of chinese scammers who they don't boot out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!!!!

I was looking to buy litecoin, and decided to use Paypal. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but the person I was trading with was from Kenya. This became an international order, and international orders don't allow for prepaid, which was what I was using. After looking at ALL other Paypal sellers, I discovered that NONE of them were actually local. Many just offered transactions in places while being THOUSANDS of miles from that place.
Also, of the Paypal sellers, ALL of them required the use of friends and family payments, which had very little security.

Best P2P plateform to buy cryptos. I've been using this plateform for at least 1 year now and I have nothing negative to say. The few great sellers are constant, offer low fees and are reliable on this site. The plateform itself is easy to use and you don't need to do a KYC verification before trading, which is a big plus.

Had an issue with my wallet on the site.
The site sent a link for me to talk to TIM on telegram.
The maggot cleaned me out of $800 ETH.

I have had a trade open since October 15 and the money has been stuck in transferring BTC to escrow for the whole time. All I want is the trade to be canceled and my crypto to be transferred to me. I have contacted support countless times and no resolution

On 3 Nov. I met a scammer as my first trade at Localcryptos. The scammer's processe are as follow:

1. Open a trade by a maximum amount
2. Contact you by Telegram saying he is the administrator of Localcryptos under name of Santiago, telling you the trader you are dealing with is a scammer and asking you for your information like account name ect. to resolve the issue

After the scammer knowing that I know the scam, the scammer disputed the trade saying He had finished the transfer. Then I contacted Localcryptos by this situation. The costumer support responded me within 30 minutes and gave a good resolution. They are doing great job for costumers.

Here some tips

1. Never release your fund from escrow no matter what scammer said, unless you receive it physically.
2. Never talk to some one claimed a administrator of Localcryptos at Telegram, whatsapp etc. Always solve the issue at Localcryptos arbitrator chat(Not buyer chat).
3.Do not open a big amount trade with a scammer has no reputation.

Fantastic service. TRUST THE ESCROW! I cant say this enough, use the escrow and dispute trades when things get fishy. Ive had 2 potential scams avoided by just keeping funds in escrow and waiting for arbitration. If you need to speed up arbitration, go to the LC telegram group and talk to Santiago the admin. Santiago is an effin saint who will hold your hand and walk you back to crypto glory.
NEVER release escrow until you have payment in hand. Scammers are everywhere and if you use LC correctly you can avoid that risk.

I was afraid of these kind of deals at first, p2p seemed shady and a guaranteed lost money to me, but now that I tried.. wow, I was very wrong.
This is how it works: You are given a private wallet to store your funds in, it makes everything smoother.
When you find a deal, you transfer your funds to an intermediary wallet and send the dealer your payment method's account for him to send your money.
After they send the money, you can release the funds from the intermediary wallet to seller's.
Voilá, smooooth transaction, really satisfied.
