They took a so called non refundable callout fee and gave a number of 'engineer' who never responded to any calls or messages. Had to call back multiple times just to be just passed on to different departments and hung up. During the last call, after 52 mins on hold, they agreed to provide another 'engineer', the details never arrived. This is a con. Don't fall for it.

One of there tradesmen took £54 deposit and I've not heard a word from there trades men since I've tried talking to there customer service that's a waste of time they put you on hold and pass you from one department to another.

Unable to leave zero stars. This company are liars and scammers. Called them on Saturday afternoon at 2pm and were promised an engineer would attend by six pm to fix our oven. We’re asked to pay a non refundable call-out fee which we were happy to do for the promise of same day service at such short notice.
At 4pm we were called by Sophie who told us that “the engineer was busy and wouldn’t get to us that day”. We were also told they didn’t cover Sundays (so much for their promised seven days a week service) and we would be rescheduled as a priority for Monday.
Guess what! Monday arrives and no visit that morning so I called again and Sophie promised me we would get an engineer before six pm that day. By half past four I knew this was unlikely to happen as we hadn’t even had the promised courtesy call from the engineer with an ETA.
At 17:55 I called again and was told “we haven’t been able to contact the engineer so he isn’t coming.” Three days for a ‘same day’ service. Diabolical service and their business model is purely geared to taking non refundable fees off people with no intention or interest in actually making the call out of repairs. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Horrible company. Misleading...complete scam...I'm a teacher - not stupid - they took £75 for a 'booking fee' and made out that they'd explained this!! The person on the phone call told me the small guttering job would be £62.50 + VAT for half an hour...but that I had to pay for an hour. I asked if it was completed in 10 mins that I'd get the tradesperson to complete an hour (only quick job but access was my issue)... she said I had to pay now on the phone and guttering person would be in touch.AT NO POINT DID I HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT A BOOKING FEE...SHE DID NOT CONFIRM THE AMOUNT I HAVE JUST REALISED...I assumed I was paying for the job (2x £62.50 plus VAT). After payment I got a long text - not before....When the (helpful and lovely I might add) chap arrived he mentioned payment...so I explained that I'd already paid. Apparently not! He was lovely but when I checked my bank the money I'd paid was for an apparent booking fee. He didn't realise how much they charged as he gets paid the £62.50 per half hour also. I was shocked. I rang to complain and speak to a manager about this misleading scam approach...I was put on hold about 6 times, asked to wait and eventually a very rude man insisted it was above board...all over their media..in the text sent to me (AFTER PAYING) and I was told this clearly when booking????? There was nothing he could do...he was nasty and condescending. I threatened Trading Standards and reporting their approach. I rang my bank...I'm not giving up getting my money back...I have to wait 15 days to begin a dispute. NO ONE WOULD KNOWINGLY PAY £75 TO BE GIVEN A TRADES NUMBER!!

Scammers! Took £59 of my mother just for putting a tv bracket up an hour before they were due they rang to put it off until Thursday and then said they wanted another £100 ! They was rude on the phone 3 people said 3 different things they talk over you and won’t let you explain anything they refused to refund! stay clear !!!! SCAMMERS!
