Worst experience with a gym.

Worst experience with a gym.
I will only describe what happened to me and you can make your own opinion.
25/04 I bought a membership online. Two hour later hours I visited the gym and as soon as I walked in, I notice the strong smell of sweat. Still, I tried to use a treadmill but after 10 minutes I had to quit since I was really hard to handle the smell and lack of fresh air (I went to more than 10 different gym in my life and I never find anything similar). The same day I sent an e-mail saying the following “I visited the gym and unfortunately what I found wasn’t what I expected so I would like to cancel my membership, I understand that I will not get the money for this month back, but I don´t want to be charged for future months”
26/04 They replayed saying the following: “The reason for termination is only possible in November is that you have a 6-month bond.”
So, they are forcing me to pay for 7 months + what I already paid for April for literally 10 minutes I spent inside the building since as I explained I will not go again since it is not possible to work out under those conditions. By the way they did not make any kind of comment about trying to do something to fix the ventilation of the gym.

Google Translate:

Repply: I don´t know from where you get the idea that I did not want to use the gym. I made a suscription because my plan was to use your gym but what I was not expecting was that I was going to find what I found. So according to you I was just unlucky and the gym normally is not smelling like a close room whereyou keep the dirty cloth of a football team after a match. Maybe my expectation are too high but I believe that the gym should have a good ventilation and be clean everyday not only when I am lucky.
And finally, If your place is a decent place, why you add to your terms and conditions a point where you make people resign for the right of withdrawal of 14 days that according to an EU law all online purchases should have? Maybe becasue you want to be sure that when people with "bad luck" like me go to the gym and realise what is going on there will have to pay 7 months for speding 10 minutes inside your building?
If you would really be a honest company you would be worried about trying to give a good customer service and fix what is wrong in the gym but your company decided to ignore the fact of the bad ventilation and terrible way the gym smell and just focused in letting me know that I have to keep on Paying.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied.
However, we do not understand that you choose to subscribe to a 6 month commitment when you do not want to use the gym and you just could have chosen to subscribe without the 6 months commitment.
The gym does have ventilation, so you must have had bad luck that day unfortunatly.
