1 kg coffee not packed air tight
An update: i received new pack of beans which tasted better and i am very happy with how they resolved my complain.

I ordered a trial pack and 1 kg pack. I was surprised to see that 1 kg pack was packed in paper bag which is just taped partially at the top. I always thought exposure to air is bad for the coffee. The coffee tastes weird as i had previously tasted the same coffee through trial pack and it tasted much better. I dont know what went wrong either in roasting as was it too long exposed to air.

To address your comment about the packaging, our coffee bags are always sealed to ensure freshness. It is possible that this particular bag was not properly sealed, which is certainly not our standard practice, and we sincerely apologize if this occurred.
We take great care to maintain the quality of our coffee. Even in our paper bags, the flavor is preserved because we pack freshly roasted coffee beans directly into the bags and avoid keeping large stockpiles. This ensures that the coffee you receive is as fresh as possible.
