Locate a locum is a reliable agency, this is my favourite locum agency.
shifts are easy to book and payments made on time. They are helpful in resolving any issues, Aiden helped me book shifts when I was having trouble booking today, he was quick to sort out the issue I was able to book numerous shifts easily.

When the shifts are available it is easy, however unfortunately there is alot of unsuccessful applications to stores that you have never worked in. I feel like directors should give people a chance. I understand that thry tend to use the same people. I am one of those people so its a double edged sword.

Booking shifts is easy to do, convenient and gives me a calendar so I can visualise my shifts for the month. Also, it gives me all the general information I need to know about the shift before I book it; hence, a good overview.

I couldn’t access my account for hours due to technical error. Thankfully , Paris solved the issue in just few minutes and I managed to login to my app and find work. I am so grateful for the support even it was late after 8 pm, so impressed

I contacted them to change my account from pharmacy dispenser to pharmacist as I just became newly qualified and they said it could only take up to 2 weeks due to backlog which honestly has nothing to do with me now I have to wait two weeks before I start working as a pharmacist because they have backlog on the system. What’s even more annoying is that the specific companies that I want to work for only post Locum shifts on their app. Even when I suggested to delete my account and to make another account with a different email, they said that that could take longer than two weeks ??!! which is honestly ridiculous, bare in mind to change your occupation or delete your account there is no option to do it on the website or the app and you have to contact them Which is absolutely crazy to me. This whole situation is info Inconvenient and is very poor from them. 2 weeks is way too long!!
