Great service, prompt communication and very helpful people. Ryan answered to my query, kept me informed and even rung me to let me know when the issue was resolved. Also the app is very good, straightforward to book the shifts.

Unable to book shift using locate a locum website
Unable to book shifts via locate a locum website for over three weeks so unfortunately I had to book the shift I was able to cover using another provider!
No one from Locate a locum as emailed me to inform me why the situation hasn't been resolved!

I always can rely on the information that is posted on the site. Available shifts are updated regularly and the booking process is straightforward enough. No doubts - if I have to choose again a locum agency it wil be Locate a locum.

Rates are poor
I have used LAL for 1.5 years but I am now slowly stepping away from using the platform. The rates are terrible for the expectation of Pharmacy First on top. I am better to negotiate myself than use you guys.
