Excelent service, friendly and competent staff, good car/van.
A little tricky to drive out from the airport parking lot as it's pretty tight when driving a van... but it's not the company's fault.

New car, no problems, good price!
I rented an Opel Corsa for 6 days! When I arrived at the airport, the service at the company's desk was prompt. I went to the pickup area—which was nearby—and was served immediately. The car was new, had low mileage, and was in excellent condition! I noticed that their vehicle fleet was generally new. Returning the vehicle was a quick and hassle-free process! I was completely satisfied and would choose Locauto again!

When returning the car a discussion was started about the car not being refuelled. I was surprised as I filled up the tank just before the airport. According to the staff member The fuel indicator showed otherwise. I checked and found d no other display then when the was received. I travel for business so I do not have any benefits from this neither was I in a hurry. When I will be charged true Visa I will report fraud and make an official complaint

Upon further inspection, we discovered that the issue was due to a faulty fuel sensor/float. While all our vehicles undergo strict quality controls, technical glitches like this can occasionally happen unexpectedly during a rental, even on new vehicles.

There was a problem with the car I rented. It cost me a half a day of hassle, my family was stuck in the heat, 35 degrees for 4 house, and yet still you charge me over €50 in service charge to fill on for €14 of fuel. You should be ashamed.
