Very good renting experience
Everything went smoothly. The pick-up was very fast and professional. Both the person at the counter and the person who handed over the car were very friendly and professional. They don't try to push any extra insurance on you.
Before taking the car, existing and any previously unnoticed damage were inspected together. The rental car was clean and everything worked as expected. The drop-off was also very quick and straightforward. I will definitely rent from here again. Thank you!

Only thing I can pick up on is the size of the Locauto Return sign at Brindisi is very small. But its right next to departures.

Very easy check in ,car was clean and welcome was good , one minor niggle was the signage for Locauto was very small when trying to find the drop off at the airport and was easily missed ( which we did) all in all though a hassle free experience

Great cars and customer service
Car was practically new. The whole process painless and they accept debit cards with the lowest deposit possible. I’ll definitely will book from them in the future. No complaints.

Easy and fast checkin, we had a quite new Peugeot 2008 which was wonderfull to drive with, and the checkout again was easy and fast. Polite and customer oriented staff. I can recommend locauto, very trustworthy company.
