From booking through Booking.com to picking up and returning the car, everything was 10/10. There was no waiting time when we arrived to collect the car, and from arrival until the car was ready, it only took 15 minutes. The service was excellent, with no stress and no queues.
A big plus was that no deposit was required. We also received a brand-new car. When we returned the car, we were greeted immediately, and the handover was quick and smooth.
Highly recommended! 👍

Customer service was fantastic, both at the desk and when collecting the vehicle. Everything was smooth, quick, and hassle-free with no fuss or faff. Not very user friendly company.
The original vehicle was great. understaffed at pickup of car. But we got going. We had issues a few days into the rental and ended up in a tiny car ! Not what we had rented. When we complained through several channels they put us into a larger SUV that still wasn’t as big as the original and several steps lower in quality. I was told too bad it’s what we have. Then drop off at the airport was not marked and it took over an hour of driving around in circles to get there. The ticket charge is ridiculous as they don’t pay them Just a cash grab. Overall not a great experience.
