I had a very good experience with this car rental company. The whole process was smooth and easy, from picking up the car to returning it.
The all staff expecially Ketty were friendly, professional and helpful, and everything was explained clearly. The car was clean, comfortable and in very good condition.
What I appreciated most was that there were no unpleasant surprises or hidden issues. The service was efficient and exactly as expected.
I would definitely use this company again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and professional car rental service.

No keys drop off box
The only inconvenience is I was not able to drop the keys and return the car in non working office hours.
Usually other car rentals got a drop off box for the car keys at the return parking.
Here I had to speed up to return the car before the office was closing.

Quick and friendly service
Quick and friendly service, didn't have to wait long for the car. Contract was set up uncomplicated. After having returned the car, we asked to call a taxi for going to the station. Instead they even drove us to the station. Terrific!
