The rental proceeding was very easy. The lady that received at the counter was kind and proactive. The only down side was the relatively high prices, maybe due to the fact we rented directly at the airport.

Thelocation were perfect BUT the return agent is direspectful
The car and the location were perfect, BUT the return agent was disrespectful.
After inspecting the car, she handed me an iPad to sign a document. There was no information on the screen explaining what I was signing, so I simply asked her to show me the details. She then told me that I was causing a lot of trouble and seemed upset, saying “Oh my God” as if I had asked her something completely unreasonable.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. If you don't enjoy dealing with customers, perhaps you should consider another job. We expect, at the very least, to receive simple answers to simple questions and to be treated with basic respect.
Apart from this experience, Locauto seems to be a serious and professional company.

Please be aware! They refuse to register small damages of the car when they consign it to you.then Locauto claims you caused these damages and ask you to pay for it! And absolutely scam.I rented the first time last year without any problem.this time was an absolutely disgrace. Unfortunately I will have a lawyer involved.

2 out 3 staff lovely, shockingly bad return instructions
Desk staff not the most welcoming but staff who gave us key and contract and on return more friendly. Shockingly bad instructions on how to return the car. I noticed and took a photo of a random A4 notice on the desk with black & white picture with instructions to use bus lane! this is incorrect and will send you into bus/taxi lane which once entered you can't get out so I will no doubt receive a fine in the future with their admin fee on top. A money making scheme?? :-(
If you do use, on return, head to P2 Executive parking, do not go in there, use the next exit from the roundabout, no barriers and go up to floor 5.

Excellent experience with Locauto at Linate Airport. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and smooth, making the whole rental experience hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. It's always a pleasure when customer service is this good. Highly recommended, and I will definitely rent from Locauto again on my next trip to Milan!
