I didn't take the car I wanted, besides the attendant said I couldn't do smart check in, and asked for my cnh, but when she went to take a picture she used the international permit to drive, so I believe I didn't need the cnh of Brazil. Very complicated

Who had thought that was possible with an car rental company.
You can pre-fill your details in their digital system and save SO much time and hassle when picking up your car.

Bad service
Gave us completely incorrect coordinates for where to leave the car. Because we had to circle around Malpensa Airport, sent us to the wrong terminal, which meant we had to waste time leaving the car in one terminal and then going to another terminal to catch our flight.
You also missed the documents when we pick up the car.

Staff are friendly and easy to work with. Rented a car at the last minute and had it ready right away. The Milano Central Station booking desk is in the very Southeast corner of the station, next to the East exit. The cars are picked up in the garage under the train tracks to the Northwest. Follow the instructions carefully to find the garage.

Good rental experience with Locauto (Milan to Pisa)
Locauto provided a good rental experience so I have given a 5 star rating.
I picked up at the Milan train station and then dropped off at Pisa Airport. The locations were useful and the experience was straightforward. Both sets of staff were friendly and professional, the car worked well and was as advertised.
Several observations:
I appreciated that they were willing to take my 'Online only bank' (Monzo) credit card and I believe they also accept debit cards, both of which are not accepted by some other rental car companies, this was useful as I did not have my other cards on me at the time.
I booked direct and that seemed to work perfectly well, they did briefly try to sell me upgraded insurance, but they weren't overly pushy about it. The service from all staff was friendly, professional, and prompt.
The car I rented had a minor bit of cosmetic damage at the point of rental (a scratched/scuffed back wheel arch), but was in otherwise good condition. I took photos in case, but they were honest and had good record keeping on the state of the car so there was no issue (as it should be, but worth noting as I know it's not always that way).

Excellent car rental experience. Both pick-up and return processes were quick and easy. The BMW we got was very new and clean, well-maintained. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We received more than we expected. Highly recommended and we'll only rent with Locauto!!!

Easy pickup and drop off. Opel Astra is perfect for Italian roads. We did have a surprise using usb charge cable that make our digital dashboard go dark. Opel mechanic at a dealership reset it for free. We luv Italian mechanics! Would recommend.
