The handover and return of the vehicle went smoothly and the staff were friendly. The vehicle itself was not up to standard for the price and had not been properly prepared. The air conditioning was inadequate for the local weather conditions. The windscreen wiper blades were worn out and no longer worked, which only became apparent when it started to rain. The vehicle had therefore not been fully checked to ensure it was in working order.

Great service form the start till the end. Professional team, car almost new in great shape. The best car hire experience ever. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed with our rental paid a much higher price for a jeep avenger only to get there and find out they didn’t have any and instead gave me a beat up renegade (cheaper model) the car had so many dents all over it and wasn’t ready we had to wait another 40 minutes for it to arrive. I was told and paid for an additional driver paid £70 euros to add on my husband who was arriving 3 days later to be told he had to be there and his driving license I provided couldn’t be added without him being there was told to go to the office in Sorrento ( which didn’t exist it’s Salerno) some 57 km away to add him in the wrong direction from where we were staying. Therefore as we could t add him as I had his license in sorrento and he flew into Naples where we picked the car up the £70 I paid was for nothing as he couldn’t drive it. Would not recommend at all as I feel utterly ripped off not only not the car I specifically paid for but also conned out of £70 I still have had no confirmation I will get back

Car was solid and proper cleaned. Staff was friendly but sold additional insurance despite coverage.

Easy online check-in. Fast pick-up and drop-off of the car. Clean car. No remarks.

Everything went smoothly. I’d booked a Peugeot 308, but ended up with a Jeep Avenger with 6k km on the clock – a bit smaller, but an SUV nonetheless. The boot had room for two large suitcases and four rucksacks (after removing the shelf).
The car performed brilliantly for 13 days and didn’t let us down. The only issue I had was finding the key box when returning the car to the car park outside of opening hours, but I managed it after reading the information on the notice board.

Without asking we got bigger car which was brand new. Service staff was very helpful.
