Well.... i arrived to the counter, have to pickup a number to be service, it took over 1 hour to get service and get the car.

Pretty good everything

I felt I was charged for everything without explanation because another car firm had let me down .The car was great and the people very helpful apart from the booking desk .

Overall great experience
Overall, this was a great experience as it was the first time I rented with Locauto.
The car was great, clean, and worked well.
The only complaint is that I could swear when I requested a car I asked for an automatic. When I got to the counter, they said they only had manual transmission available but then had to search for an automatic which they did have, luckily and that meant it was another 130 Euros. That was disappointing.

The staff of Locauto was wonderful
The staff of Locauto was wonderful. The vehicle however was not very nice. The electronics were difficult to use and the sensor array made the car annoying to drive in Italy. This type of vehicle should not be in your fleet.
