On the paper given no phone number to…
On the paper given no phone number to ask questions about the drop off of the car in Venice.
It was in Mestre with very poor indication of the parking: we have to go on website to find the phone number of locauto as on the paper the phone number are only for assistance. Very poor experience!!!!!

Very good rental
I booked a car for next day without any problems for a good price with full insurance. There was nothing extra blocked on my credit card. I got a bigger car that I reserved without any extra payment. Car was in a good condition, clean and well equipped.

Super helpful staff at both the Rome (city) and Florence (city) stations. Had to upgrade on site (size) and they did a great job helping me on the spot. Return was good with no up charges or issues as well.
