When I booked the car, it was listed as an SUV, such as the Peugeot 2008 and I prefered it to have more headroom, however I was provided with a Skoda estate with several scratches all around. As soon as we left the airport, the airbag LED went ON due to malfuncation and few hours later there was a warning that ADBlue is finished and needs to be topped up. When called the agency, they told us that they are having issues with the airbag even on other models and that I should topup the ADBlue myself and ask for refund at check out. When connecting my android to the car android auto for map navigation and music, it kept disconnecting every hour. When connecting the mobile via USB c it was worse!, every time closes the Google maps and even the sygic, whatever app I use. The wireless charging does not work, it keeps prompting that it malfunctioned so I couldn't even leave my phone in the mobile compartment in the console. The auto stop/start function kept acctivating and disactivating randomly along the trip. From the setting it was showing as disabled however randomly, the car used to turn off/on when stopping at a roundabout while on other days, it kept on even when stopping. It seems a software malfunction. Since it was an automatic car, even when switching to drive,sometimes it used to go on sports mode and I had to put it neutral and put it back to drive.
Also no explenation was given when collected the car, so I had to learn on my own.

I booked the car online and paid in advance. Made a mistake when entering my email address, but that did not become a reason to ruin my trip. Once I got in touch with the company, the issue was resolved immediately. Both the car pick-up and return processes were as smooth as possible

I booked the car direct from the airport with no booking before. Ramona the receptionist at the Treviso airport office was very nice and helpful. Ramona explained everything for us and she was very nice.

I booked 4 days with locauto,the car was good, i returned the car back 2 hours late and on the day they told me that ist ok.i was charged for another day for that 2 hours after 1 week i recived an email that i will be charged for another day,i think its not fair .i will never book again with locauto
