It would have been 5 star however after returning home I received an email telling me they had taken damage money off my credit card- there was no damage and this was checked at drop off the tank was full and now it’s impossible to contact anyone to discuss.

Great car rental company
I rented a mid-size SUV with full cover. Both car pick-up and delivery were super smooth. The staff were very helpful. They gave us a new Ford Puma with less than 12000 km. Highly recommend!

I rented from Locauto last year and I was very datisfied both by the servire and the car. This year I returned an Licauto di not disappoint me. They did the process of the paper work efficiently and fast and the handover of the car was also fast. I was out of the terminal in about 10 minutes. The reverse process was also fast and efficient. The csr was in very good condition with all the necessary items in place. It was very clean bouth on the outside and inside. Thank you Locauto

The best car rental experience in Italy!
This was my second time renting a car from Locauto, and once again, I had a great experience.
The website makes it very easy to book the car and pay for the rental and insurance. I highly recommend the Full Coverage option, as it gives you peace of mind and protects you from unexpected charges when you return the car.
I recommend using the Locauto website directly rather than searching through general booking websites.
Another big convenience is the possibility of paying by debit card, which makes the whole process even easier.
