Very fast, straight to the point, no hidden fees, me and my fiance was visiting from HK and were a bit worried about being sold into “shady” car rentals. Locauto is nothing like that, and have been very professional. I recommend.

Fast service and friendly staff
Overall, we had a very good experience renting a car from Locauto at Venice Airport. Despite the high number of customers during the busy holiday season, we received our car quickly and the whole pickup process was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.
The only small issue was that the car hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly after the previous customers, especially the interior. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily rent from Locauto again.

Definitely recommend
Reliable company to rent from. Hired the car to travel around the Dolomites and was the easiest experience. Pick up and drop off was seamless and no issues at all. They even upgraded us for free to a larger car which was lovely. Would recommended!

In a sea of disorganized car rental companies that create unnecessary stress - whether by failing to provide the vehicle you reserved and then refusing a refund, or insisting on a credit card in the driver’s name - Locauto sets the standard for what car rental in Italy should be.
After being let down elsewhere, we were able to rent a car from Locauto on short notice without any hassle. The booking process was straightforward, pickup was quick and efficient, and returning the car was just as seamless. From start to finish, everything simply worked.
If you’re renting a car in Italy, Locauto is a company I would confidently recommend.

Good and no issue
The organization at Venice airport is good but can still be improved. The signs were not sufficient to direct the customer towards the check in office. The staff was kind and friendly. We got a different car than what we reserved but that happens. Overall it was a good experience renting from them!
