Hi went to aviemore on friday 24 july left 8-50 got there 4-45 in afternoon every ones legs where killing them,two hour stop in Perth which was to long ,,driver elder only seemed interested in pain in the backside people from dunoon and a couple of ladies up the front who kept swearing all the time ,,would never go again no entertainment at all rubbish

The entire experience was excellent from the outset. I had to change my booking as one of our party had to cancel. This was sorted quickly and efficiently after a call to the office.
Our driver Bob, fully involved us in the mystery, this was brilliant. The bus was clean and well equipped. The stops to Aberdeen were superb, Stirling and Broughty Ferry with a good amount of time in each place.
Onwards to Aberdeen. The Brittania hotel was clean, we were accommodated with a three occupant room, the evening meal was excellent and we ventured into Aberdeen after dinner. Hopped on and off the 172 from the main road. Returned to the hotel to find that we had entertainment which was a lovely surprise. The singer was very good.
Breakfast was good and then onto the bus at 10. We left promptly with the promise of 2 stops on the way home. We had a joyous 2 hours in St Andrews and then up the road to Anstruther which was wonderful. Thank you for organising the great weather when the forecast was for rain. We participated in coach bingo which was a great laugh. Loch Lomond travel you offered us an excellent value for money overnight stay and it was absolutely brilliant. I will be booking again.

Nice stress-free way to travel to a gig. Clean coach, friendly staff, prompt pick up. Would consider using again.

Absolutely excellent service. Easy to bookonline. Used bus for concert in Edinburgh, took the hassle out of getting home after the show. Bus was clean and comfy and driver friendly. Arrived and left on schedule. Using Loch Lomind travel for future concerts. Pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Jim was a brilliant driver, got us there and back no issues at all! Good emails beforehand as well from LLT advising where to go and when to be there. Would highly recommend!

The coach was great. Spacious and cool inside which I loved as I hate being too warm. The coach was full but it didnt feel closed in and jammed. The driver was well dressed, courteous and well mannered. Will definitely use again in future.

We booked Loch Lomond Travel to take us to the Luke Combs gig in Murrayfield and it was the best decision we made.

Booking the coach tickets was super simple, the company kept us up to date with emails with pick up points etc and reminders.

The coach picked us up from Buchanan Bus station in Glasgow and dropped us a short 10 minute walk from murrayfield and then returned us to Glasgow after the gig, stress free!

The coach was very clean and comfortable and the driver was great. This is the first time i've used a coach company for gig travel and it won't be the last, we would definately use Loch Lomond for any future gigs in Edinburgh.

A terrible experience with no notification the coach would be parked a 45 minute walk from the advertised venue.

Our trip to Oban and Inveraray was all the more pleasant because we didn’t have to drive. Our driver, John, was very informative and had good stories of the places we passed on the way.

Third mystery trip this summer and the fourth being chosen already. Cant beat value. Drivers and buses first class. Feel safer on these trips than a self planned one. Best discovery for me 😍

Usually like this company but very disappointed today both with delayed pick up and poor driver. Coach 25 minutes late for pick up so less time at destination. When I called to ask about delay the response was poor. I was told it was a lady driver - it was a man. When I said I would only wait a further 10 minutes for Coach and would then expect a refund, I was told there would be no refund if Coach did eventually turn up. How long are we supposed to wait? As I arrived 10 minutes prior to advertised departure this meant I waited 35 minutes. The coach was not usual Loch Lomond coach and the driver did not appear to know destination. He initially drove somewhere looking for car park expecting us to walk around a mile back into town. There is a car park less than a 2 minute walk from the main street. We got less than 3 hours in our destination. I had more time in Inveraray when I did the 2 destination mystery tour so this was extremely disappointing.

Well organised reasonable price & good trip. Our 1st time

We booked a Norwegian Fjords cruise with Ambassador through Loch Lomond Travel. Leaving from Dundee. We booked a balcony suite which meant we had priority boarding at 1.30
Our original pick up time was 10am which would mean our arrival was consistent with the boarding time.
Two or three days before the trip I got an email changing the pick up time to 1.45, meaning arrival in Dundee would be around 4 pm. When I queried this and complained I would miss the priority boarding I had paid for, I was fobbed off and told, “ well we can make sure you’re first off the bus”. We weren’t even on the first bus! In fact our bus didn’t leave till almost 2.30! And there was no effort made to get us first off. We eventually embarked at 4.45pm. Another point was that Loch Lomond allocated us the second sitting for dinner, unasked. We only found out once we were on board, and told it can only be changed before you board? The cruise was great but the communication and concern shown by Loch Lomond was very poor.

Great value trip and our driver was lovely. I think communication with times etc could be better. There was no information given on return times when booking nor once we arrived. Relying on word of mouth from other guests is not ideal. The hotel wasn't the best but I didn't expect much for the price. Overall it was a good experience.

First Solo experience and felt totally safe and comfortable. Will do this again. Bus ran on schedule and was clean

Great trip. Beautiful scenery. Our driver was excellent & couldn't be faulted. Would have benefited from a tour guide or online narrative to identify lochs, mountains and other points of interest. Aware this would add to holiday cost but would be worth it. Accommodation was much better than expected for the cost. Lots if time necessarily spent on the bus to cover the route which was OK for us but might not suit everyone.

Our Oban, Mull & Ardishaig trip was excellent. The driver Vince was a great guy, sharing lots of relevant information through the day.
We stayed at the Grey Gull Hotel in Ardishaig, it has new owners, who done their best to accommodate a large group. Rooms clean, great views, food fab, just the location was a tad remote.
If we had our accommodation in Oban, I think it would have tripped the trip to 5 star, as less travel and more to do once returned from our travels.
Loved our visit to Inveraray, Tobermory and Luss, great weekend.

That’s us done 3 day trips now with loch lommond travel absolutely fantastic driver always makes you feel safe great customer service.. fantastic value for money highly recommended get your self on a trip well worth it and great company

1 star for Andrew, the main driver, 1 star for hotel - wont be using this company again
Wanted to charge 75% of what we paid when we asked if we could get a refund after we were advised that we would not be getting the original buffet lunch that we paid for, but a cream tea at a location that wasnt included in the original booking - the 'generous buffet' was replaced by 1 scone, which they advised was an upgrade
Bus wasnt clean with distinct smell from toilet -so bad that another customer bought an air freshener
Confusion over comfort stops
Original pick up driver and final drop off driver never spoke to anyone and elderly customers were left scrambling in the hold for their luggage
On our return I wrote to complain and just got a rehash of what I was advised when trying to cancel, and that the drivers would be spoken to
Not good enough so wont be on any further trips with them
