we stayed at lochness country hotel ,awful stay
we stayed at lochness country hotel in exec deluxe room.Very cold with no hot water.Room very old and needs tlc.Eventually water fixed but in the morning was not working again and heating off.Our room was changed to another where the table had three burn marks on and now the water was scolding and controls would not work.Hair dryer was filthy,both sinks cracked and mattress had huge gash in the side.Staff and food both good but a total uncomfortable stay and not worth the money.No rely from manager yet.
