A good experience from start to finish! When my bottle arrived I thought I'd bought two, what with the size of the parcel, but it was just very well packaged.

We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're looking forward to enjoying a bottle. Upon looking into this, I can see that we offered you the option to purchase a replacement bottle at 50% off as a gesture of goodwill.
As noted in our product descriptions, due to the age of some of our bottles, cork deterioration can occasionally occur, and we’re not able to take liability for cork damage. We do our best to highlight this in advance so our customers are aware before purchasing.
