Ordered coin lockers for our nightclub. Delivered and installed within 10 days. I highly recommend Lockerbox.

I stored my goods (keys, ov card, ID,... - essentials of my daily life) in a locker provided by lockerbox.nl and put the code and lockernumber in my phone case. My phone got stolen at the event so I could not take my goods out of the locker. The next day I managed to get my phone back (thus had the lockernumber and pin again) but the lockers were already taken away from the event location. I contacted lockerbox.nl and explained my situtation but got told that they clear the lockers only before the next event, which might be in two or three weeks. Until that point I had nothing but my phone, i even could not go home because my apartment keys were still with lockerbox. Therefore I had to contact my housing company to gain access to my apartment and had to pay 90 € for that. The next week i contacted lockerbox.nl twice again to get an update on my goods. Without insisting on immediate action by the employee on the phone i would not have gotten any information. Eventually, i got notified last Friday that they have found my goods but that i need to pay another fee of 20 € in order to get my goods sent to me. I am expecting to receive them somewhen this week. It has been two weeks then since my goods were withdrawn from me. Luckily I could manage to substitute my apartment keys, but what if there would have been my passport in the locker and i needed to leave the country? What if there was vitally important medicine inside? I talked to Thersa, a superior in charge at lockerbox.nl, and all she could tell me that they cannot do anything about it. The working policy of this company is outrageous and has caused immense costs for me. Futhermore, nothing of the policy of keeping the goods locked up until the next event can be found in the general terms and conditions. I absolutely cannot reccomend any event organizer to hire lockerbox.nl and if you encounter their lockers as a costumer at an event i would defintely not store my goods in them.

Been to several festivals/club nights where Lockerbox was present. The lockers have reasonable pricing and are clean. Also the staff was friendly in helping us with their digital lockers with pincode. The ability to share the code of the digital lockers with friends is really useful!
