I paid £23.99 (!) post and packing for their so called Gold Service, ie. next day delivery. Ordered on 25 April, identified on 25 April, delivered on 30 April ‘recorded first class’ by Royal Mail. Their FAQs cover every reason why they might not deliver. Just a double handling ‘middleman’ postbox. Look for other ‘direct’ VFM options, probably the vehicle manufacturers. My fault, I needed very urgently and was ripped off ........... Don’t believe their website hype. I did. Paid Gold, got at best Silver service. You don’t see Gold, Silver and Bronze prices up front

Stupidly lost my locking wheel nut key before a major service on my Ford Focus. Firstly I went along the route of trying to get quotes for removal of locking wheel nuts most were above £100 there was one for around the same price at LWNK but then you had to buy replacement locking wheel nuts which is another £20. My mum actually found the website and the team are life savers and really quick to respond. Responding over the bank holiday weekend with required information as the initial pictures I took were not adequate. Got all the information back and came today and fits perfectly. Now the wheel nut key is stored in a safe place and there need to be a trip to return the replacements I purchased.

All in all hopefully will learn not to lose the key but great service and delivery. I have posted on my Facebook about the website and I have included the 10% discount for future orders for friends and family.

Unhelpful Customer service. Refusal to ship to Northern Ireland. Seem not to accept it as a UK. Zero flexibility . Lack of geographical awareness. Nonsense reply to this review nothing to do with politics. Advising that the seller does not know Northern Ireland is part of the UK.

I had stupidly lost the locking wheel nut key on my daughter’s car, so I was in real trouble! I found Locking Wheel Nut Keys Ltd by internet search and gave them a call. They were superbly confident that they could replace the key and sure enough after sending photos and details of the nut, I placed my order, chose express delivery and the key duly arrived the next day. They advised me that it would be a genuine maker’s part and sure enough it fitted perfectly - job done at a fraction of the cost of grinding off and replacing the existing locking nuts. I’ve also rescued my reputation with my daughter!! I was really happy with their friendly service and would not hesitate in recommending them for anyone needing a replacement key.

Sent the wrong key on time. I let them know it didn't fit and initially they said "its not our job send a key that fits, we just send the key you requested" They eventually admitted it was the factory pickers fault and asked me to send the key back by royal mail 2nd class with proof of postage (not tracked as they wouldn't pay for it) Of course they say it didn't arrive... and royal mail won't refund the full price of the key as it was only proof of postage.
In my experience a terrible service, with dreadful customer relations the left me out of pocket despite following all their instruction.

I stupidly lost the locking wheel nut key for my 2016 Ford Transit Connect. I called my local Ford dealer (who pride themselves in being useless anyway) and was told that Ford no longer supply the keys and that my only option was to have the nuts cut off!?! Not convinced I called another Ford dealer who said that they could supply the key but that I would have to go to the dealership with proof of ownership to order them and go back in 3 weeks to collect them once delivered. Feeling that was too much hassle I researched and found Locking Wheel Nut Keys and I am very happy I did. The key was ordered online and arrived 4 days later with standard delivery. Works perfectly on the wheel nuts. Very happy and would recommend.

Excellent Service, needed my Locking wheel nuts removed but lost the key. Found this company on the net, sent details on Friday pm and replacement key with me am Monday.

Great Customer Service/The key fitted perfectly. Simple easy process, pic of my wheel nut and proof of ownership (reassuring to know somebody else could not order and remove my alloys). My order was dealt efficiently (even at the weekend) and I received my new key quicker than the anticipated delivery timescale. I have used the locking wheel nut supplied by this company twice and it’s bent out of shape making it useless. They stated that it’s an original Kia part so I must have used it wrong and are unwilling to replace apart from “a good will gesture payment of £25”.
I emailed them back saying surely as a supplier they are liable to replace a faulty product but they didn’t bother replying.

Further to their reply below, at no point did they send that second email. I have checked my junk email too. Why would I refuse the offer to return. You did not request pictures, I sent them with my first email and key was not broken it was bent. Not only are they a poor company, they are now liars!
