Great service

Great service, I ordered the key and followed the instructions on the website (sent photo of locking nut/ID and proof of vehicle ownership) and key was despatched same day. I received the key 2 days later - much sooner than expected and it fits correctly. This has saved me over £100 so very happy indeed. Good communication and fast efficient service.

Minimum fuss, maximum efficiency

We tried everything to find a locking wheel nut so we could fix our tyre. Volvo dealers said they couldn't help. They advised us to have the wheel nuts sawed off and replace with ordinary tyres. Cost? Over £450. So thank you. You advised us, had patience and understanding and did the job with the minimum fuss. A lot less than £450, and a wheel nut that works.

Don’t lose your nut use LWNK instead

My experience with LockingWheelNutKeys was a brilliant one.
I sent LWNK a photo of the security key on my Smart 42, and it arrived in due time, unfortunately it never fit, but looked so like the security bolt, I could not understand it.
I telephoned NWNK and spoke an amazing lady who had an amazing knowledge of Locking wheel nuts, it turned out that my locking wheel nut key was common to Mercedes Benz, LWNK through my chassis number located the key type which was in Germany and had me a new security key dispatched immediately, I was very impressed with the service and would recommend highly anyone losing their security bolt key to contact and use their services.
Thank you LWNK. David Caster.

Changed my wheel and left the locking wheel nut on the wheel needless to say I then needed a replacement Skoda wanted to book the car in at great expense thought I'd give these a go. Paid online sent photos as instructed got a reply email in an hour saying that they had identified my nut and it had been despatched wasn't in a hurry for the nut so went for the 4-7 day option but it arrived 2 days later good quality nut as good as the one I lost highly recommend this company no I'm not an employee.

I have to be honest...

I have to be honest. I was skeptical at first, but these guys ARE THE REAL DEAL!

I bought a car last month and got a flat about 3 weeks later. The wheel key was no where to be found, and I had no idea who made it. I called Mercedes, and they wanted me to tow the car to them (about 60 miles one way). I asked if they could recognize the key from a photo, and they were adamant that they needed the car...$250 to tow it, so no thanks.

I went to about 8 different local wheel shops with the picture in hand, and they could not help either. I spent two days looking at pics on line to try and figure it out, and then I came across lockingwheelnutkeys.co.uk. They advertised that they could have the key in about a day and have it shipped out to me within 4-7. All they needed was a picture of the lock.......yeah....ok.

I finally gave up and sent the email (yesterday), but I was not expecting much. Lo and behold, I get to work today, and there was a message from lockingwheelnutkeys.co.uk. The message read "Sorry we can't supply this particular wheel nut key as Mercedes hold the sole licence agreement". Although they could not sell me the actual key, the information they provided was EXACTLY what I needed.

I wasn't sure if the key was aftermarket, and Mercedes was no help! So armed with this NEW information, I was able to find the key code and convince Mercedes to look at the pic to confirm. Long story short......Mercedes conceded and pulled the key for me from their parts department. I just picked it up, and I couldn't be happier now that I can get this fixed. I just wish that I could have compensated lockingwheelnutkeys.co.uk for their time, consideration, and information. This review is the least I could do to show my utmost appreciation for these guys. I hope that this story will help to bring them many more customers! I know I'm extremely glad that I found them!

Thank you again LOCKINGWHEELNUTKEYS.CO.UK! You guys are the best!

Excellent service

Excellent service, once I had provided a photograph of the locked wheel nut and my certificate of ownership. Security necessary. Then the wheel nut attachment arrived next day, first class.

Excellent service

My car needed a new tyre but I didn't have the wheel nut key. I contacted a main dealer who told me they can't find it on the database so I'll have to bring the car in. This wasn't an option as the car wasn't drive-able, so I ordered one through LWNK.co.uk. I confirmed my delivery address at around 5:30pm on a Sunday before a bank holiday Monday and they key arrived on the Tuesday morning! I paid about £24 for a courier to deliver it direct from Germany, and I feel this is excellent service.

Awful patronising comms and delayed refund when they can’t supply.

Paid online, sent pics, got told they are after market locking nuts, had 5 or 6 back and forth patronising emails from them assuring me they are not Alfa ones and I replied with links proving they are genuine Alfa ones. Then 2 days later get an email saying they have identified the key but it’s not available and they are refunding my payment.
I paid via PayPal and the refund is going to take until 3rd sept as they have no funds In their account which adds insult to injury.
I contacted Alfa who confirm it is an Alfa part and it is available, I just had to pop down for them to use the master keys to identify which type.

Edit : visited PDH Alfa, who have now ordered the replacement key for the Car. So again, you are incorrect in your assessment. Also no comment on the fact you are going to take a week to refund my payment? The reply below ( totally inaccurate in what it claims) and the refund time tells you all you need to know about this company!

Great service

Great service. I lost my locking wheel nut key when I had a puncture so was left with the space saver spare stuck on the car. I ordered a new key and emailed the photos etc. Within 15 mins I had a confirmation email to say they had identified my key and it was in dispatch. The key arrived within 36 hrs. Many Thanks

The way it should be done

After the expected and outdated response to a lost key from the local Land Rover Dealership, IE bring the car in,we will order a new set of wheel nuts and replace them at £98 plus VAT for the nuts plus fitting.I searched for a better solution and found it here.
The process was super-easy, the delivery was super-fast, the key works perfectly and the experience was super-satisfying.

Well done, this is a business that deserves and earns your custom
