The live agent served me very well and solved my problem. The AI needs some work, it was answering questions I didn't ask and it also hung up on me the first time I called. The live agent was great.

I have three Visage locks and use the facial recognition all the time. The installation was straightforward and the instructions were great. I really like the 3-4 month battery life. Their customer service has also been good.
