Just bought a single axel lock and level and after using ramps and jacks as alternatives to levelling a caravan this is by far easiest way and fastest way - so far so good - but only one day so far - am doing a tour of uk writing a book and doing a podcast so will talk about this product later on

After a year of use going away nearly every month we suspected we were losing pressure so tested the device at home. This confirmed losing about 2psi per day.
Contacted LocknLevel, "no problem," they said, " send it back and we will fix".
10 days later it was couriered back to me, fixed tested and NO COST! They never even asked me to prove it was still in date for warranty and in truth I think we were about a couple of weeks out.
Excellent service and very pleaser thank you

very disappointed

Bought a lock and level in June, but have never used it as we have had to change our caravan. We phoned them and asked them if there was anything they could do as we now needed a twin axle one and have never used it. The answer was no,See what you can get on eBay. Won’t be getting one of these for the twin axle one I’m afraid.

Excellent customer service

I bought my Lock'n'level 2 years ago but recently it wasn't holding its pressure. I contacted the company who suggested a couple of things to try / check, which didn't show a problem so they asked me to return it to them. I did, and within a week it was back with me. They had identified a leak at one corner, which they sealed and then tested it for 48 hours to make sure the problem had been resolved. Even though it was out of warranty they didn't want to charge me - I did offer! Excellent customer service from this (presumably small) company who sell a unique product which they are willing to support to the hilt! Thank you.

Real easy caravan leveling on soft or hard standing - Essential Kit!!

I bought a single axle Lock-n-Lever around 18 months ago when I bought a new caravan with the ALCO wheel lock fitted. I found it almost impossible to get the caravan level with levelling ramps (my old preferred levelling system) or wood blocks whilst ensuring the wheel is in the correct position to insert the wheel lock – it’s a bit of a nightmare!
Jacking using the caravan jack can be dangerous on soft surfaces so I looked around for alternatives – and on recommendation, bought a Lock-n-Level and have never looked back. Mine is a single axle - I can only imagine how difficult doing the same with a twin axle caravan!!
Levelling the caravan is very simple (other reviews and videos are available showing how to set up) and I would not be without one – to me it’s an essential piece of kit that is simple and easy to use and easily stored; it simply makes caravanning so much easier.
At the time of purchase, I needed a tyre inflator as well so bought one that stops at a predetermined pressure. This allows me to keep an eye on the spirit level and turn off when level (and not worry about exceeding any pressure). I have set mine to 25psi but my caravan at around 1550kg has always become level at between 15 to 18psi, comfortably within the maximum of 30psi quoted!
I have recently contacted L-n-L because from new I had a very small leak which was not enough to worry about, so I kept putting off doing anything about it (can't be without my L-n-L!!). I was immediately told to return it where they resealed, tested and returned it at no charge and within a very short time scale – That’s excellent customer service!

If you are at all doubtful about purchase, don’t hesitate. Like me (and many others) once tried, would never go back to any other method (including the aluminium leveller that fits under the wheel).

Overall Great Product, Great Company, Great customer service.
