I didn’t need an emergency service but appreciated a quick visit. The whole door mechanism needed to be replaced but I was not given any options or time to look up the price of the mechanism or wasn’t offered any helps finding it online; I was told to get it done by their company using their materials. They couldn’t even put my old lock back as it was so I would end up unable to use the door the same way I did before a callout.
The service was quick and professional and but being charged £216 for a lock seemed high; the total service cost me £288. I would say do not get pressured and explore your options on the phone and get quotes from other locksmiths if you expect that a change of hardware will be required.

Sunday morning at 1am locked myself out of the gaff. Tried 10 different companies. No answers or cancelled on me after 2 hours. Bogdan arrived in 30 minutes, completed the job super quick. Gave me 5 spare keys so it doesn’t happen again. The service was worth every penny.

We’ve used Locks4less multiple times across different properties as we know they'll complete the job perfectly and won’t rip us off like many of the ads and ‘businesses’ that quote low-rates but suddenly find a non-existent fault and hike up the price. I called Arthur at 7.40am with a faulty lock on a door; he was very helpful, managed to fit us in between other jobs and my work meetings, turned up within 3 hours and had sorted it within 30 mins. Very professional, polite, helpful, and the fee was reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I had Jake out last week to fix a broken gearbox and remove a jammed key. He was informative of what he was doing, what needed to be done etc, punctual and straight to work. Bonus points for engaging with my 3 year old daughter who has told everyone she sees that Jake has fixed her door! Thanks again Jake⭐️
