Terrible
Terrible the man who showed up was trying to do the work without giving me a quote. He was arguing with me for awhile. I ask my dad to speak to him and instantly he gave him the full quote. I would not trust them again.

I used locksmith-24.co.uk. Called for a locksmith as we were locked out of our house. Asked for a quote and lady said she can't give one, the technician will provide one. When he arrived he said he was from Lockset. We asked for a price. He said 189. At the end he said 374 and we complained. This was to provide a new lock also. Begrudged, we agreed to pay it. He then began tallying up this and that, writing figures on the invoice and said 'so that will be £1089. We refused and asked him why he hadn't stated the fee when we initially asked for tge quote right at the beginning. In the end we told him to take it out. He charged us a fee to take it out and the bill was £488. We said we will take it out ourselves and it was £426. Their door open fee is £179, we paid £426 all because he didn't tell us the fee before he started the job. So angry.
