I’m shocked to hear how my friend was treated last night. Absolutely taken advantage of and treated poorly. You’re in such a vulnerable state when you are locked out. Come on guys. Do better.
Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service.
Being yelled at past midnight in a corridor that echos and being an absolute nuisance to my neighbors.
No sense of respect for myself as a customer or acknowledgement of the situation. It seemed like it was a complete bother to do his job.
I cannot express how horrendously I was treated.
*UPDATE*
I got a call the morning after from the locksmith, “why did you leave a review?” I said you were yelling and being aggressive, his response was to YELL and CONTINUE BEING AGGRESSIVE over the phone. I hung up. Idk what kind of business is this but I can’t believe how I’ve been treated!
What a joke!
