I locked myself out of my house on wednesday morning. i was very wary of calling someone out as i am partially sighted and feared being taken advantage of. Thankfully the guy that came and open the door was very helpful and understanding. the pricing is good and my lock is still intact. i hope not to need this company again but if i do i will certainly call.

Nipped to the shops in my dressing gown without picking up my keys. Called locksmiths2u after seein their ad on google and they were here in about 20 mins. In less than 30 seconds, by some miracle the locksmith opened my door. He explained how easy it was to open my type of door given i didn't have a deadlock or anything on there, just a standard yale lock. I've since called them back and had the whole system upgraded. the door looks and feels much stronger now. They even gave me discount as a return customer! would defo recommend.

last week some local hoodlums thought it'd be a fine idea to throw a bin threw my shop window. I was unimpressed to say the least. Luckily I've been insured on the place for several years now and having never made a claim the whole incident cost me next to nothing. There was still the matter of replacing the window, however. Fortunately my insurance had this covered as well; enter Locksmiths2u. A chap named Gary attended first of all to survey the damage, then within 3 hours he was back with 2 assistants and an enormous piece of glass! I watched apprehensively as the 3 of them carefully manoeuvred the window into place. Ultimately, gary reassured me, I had nothing to worry about as they do this sort of thing all the time, and looking at the end result i cant say Im surprised. No mess, no fuss, very polite and professional team, would highly recommend.

Pulled the door to to take bins out last night but forgot to flick the little button to hold the latch back. Thankfully i had my phone on me so i was able to search for a locksmith! i found Locksmiths2u, called them, was quoted 30 minutes then a guy named Richard arrived about 30 minutes later. within 30 seconds my door was wide open. i was SPEECHLESS. Richard explained how this was possible, and just how easy it was to do if you know how. following this i knew i wouldn't sleep easy unless i had something a little more robust installed. Richard fitted a beautiful chrome high security nightlatch and I can say iv'e slept just fine since! really appreciate your help guys, never will a trip to the bins cost so much again!

left my key in the back of the door only to realise upon returning home this meant i was locked out. i called locksmiths2u and was quoted 30 minutes. a chap named adam arrived well before then and got me in in a mere 10 minutes! very efficient and professional. would recommend, thanks again!

came home to my dorm only to realise id left my room keys, inside my room. great. Didnt want any damage to the lock so i could avoid dealing with maintenance. fortunately rich was able to open my door without causing any damage whatsoever! could've done with the extra cash this weekend but i count myself lucky things didn't get any worse. cheers for rescuing me guys, number saved.

Do not use this company !!!

Our family found ourselves lock out and called this company, they guy came and got us, he had to drill through the lock and replace just the cylinder which we agreed too. Two days later we were leaving the house and realised that the lock was now not working. We call this company as we paid £200.00 for a new lock so we wanted it to work. They guy came and said that the mechanism was not working, now I am not a locksmith but this is a result of you drilling a hole through the lock surely, and there was nothing at all wrong with the lock before the touched it, it was brand new. They then tried to charge us for coming out and not doing anything, but apparently there is no call out fee. When my husband refused to pay the locksmith refused to leave our flat and upset our children. Being upset by this I called the company and spoke to an awful man who threatened me saying if you dont pay see what happens !! When I asked if this was a threat he said no saying I will come to your house and smash your face in is a threat. Will be taking this company to trading standards for sure. My advise would be never to use this company !!!

Used this company a week or so ago.
Very abusive person who came out. Extremely unhappy and over charged. Only originally wanted a quote, then they whacked us with a hefty £400 bill!!!
Never use!

Moved into my new place last week. last tenants were evicted so thought id change the locks. very pleased with the speed and especially the price. would recommend to any new movers, this company offers discounts to new tenants/home owners.

My wife called this company late at night when i was away working as she had locked herself out, they attended quickly and was extremely professional, I had reservation about her be over charged being a woman, but the invoice amount was at least £45 cheaper than other companies.

I was about to leave for work (I cycle) when I realised my D lock was seized. I yanked at it frantically until I decided to call locksmiths2u. I'd had some work done with them before and was very impressed. They delivered again. In 25 minutes they arrived and removed the lock in seconds. I wasn't too late for work in the end! Great job.

I have recently moved into a new property and had problems with the locks. They came within the time they quoted, the guy they sent was extremely polite and very professional in his work. He has done an excellent job and will certainly use them again in the future.

I was locked out on Saturday night after being overseas. These guys were quality! I hope I do not have to use them again but if I need a locksmith I would not hesitate to call them again.

this Company are OK until they take a payment twice. Then try to get it back. I have been trying for weeks. Have now had to inform Trading Standards etc.

reimbursement has been promised but has never happened.

Locked myself out of my garage, not sure where the keys went still have not found them. Locksmiths2u where fantastic very helpful arrived within 30mins, new locks all working very secure much better than the orginals.

Extra key now cut sound advise.
