Reliable service, came with two hours charged €400.22 for two locks 🔒

Came on short notice, was competent, professional and friendly. Changed the lock with minimal fuss and advised on different options giving a good quote.

Very quick turnaround on Stephens day. Door wouldn't open from outside. Technician was friendly and very competent. Let us know that it looked like we had an attempted break in which had broken mechanism, which we hadn't realized and explained in detail how it effected door function and how to keep ourselves safe. Needed entire replacement. Broke down cost of fixing, replaced all in about 40 minutes and gave itemized invoice. Very professional service and gave us peace of mind.

Very pleasant staff and quick response but I was a bit taken aback by the charge of 415 euros for the replacement lock and handles for a patio door.
The lock and handles can incidentally be bought in Coolock (use AI to search)provided you have basic skills and a screwdriver.

I rang in the evening as my halldoor lock broke. I was told there would be a locksmith out in roughly 45 mins. Serg arrived wiithin 15 mins, explained everything and prices of the parts needed. He also explained how to maintain the door and and mechanisms. The job was done in approx 20mins. Extremely happy with the service and would have no problem recommending to others, thank you

Over payment - charges of barrel lock and strip - cost me 506 euro and was told I was given a discount. They put thumb turn on inside and new handles. Apparently no call out fee so don't know why so costly??when I rang back to query I was told the parts were highest quality

The handle of my UPvC door snapped off into my hand that morning. I left an enquiry on the Dialock Ltd website and Kate rang me back very promptly. We arranged a time for later same day. The engineer Remi was able to come early so he rang me to check that was ok. He assessed the job quickly and was able to match the part to one he had in the van. Job done in 15 minutes with no change to lock or keys, just handle and advice for maintenance. I cheekily asked for assistance with a porch door that was sticking and by tightening the hinges he fixed that too. Std call out Eur124 plus VAT, handle Eur80 plus VAT total Eur231.54. 1 year guarantee. Worthwhile for good service and friendly staff.

Prompt efficient service, excellent workmanship

My call was answered quickly and although I was first told it would be 45 mins waiting time, bearing in mind I was locked out in heavy rain, when I queried that, the operator was able to get someone to me in 15 mins which wasn't as bad.
