Wrong item sent, no refund

Wrong item sent. As I opened it, they are refusing to accept the return.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I have paid extra for a next day delivery, 6 days later still no delivery. No response on phone calls, no reply to emails. When they finally replied 2 days ago they have advised that will be delivered the next day. No sign of my order yet.

100%. Had a couple of hiccups to start with…

Had a couple of hiccups to start with just because of their new phone system. Web site was easy to order next day delivery didn’t happen but they refunded the postage all parts were correct and what I ordered. Prior to buying from this company I spent ages trying to get the hinges I needed they had them. Will definitely use again

Key works great, quick delivery

Delivery was quick and it was easy to order what I needed. The master key works great as I have two locks of the same series but different numbers. Wasn't sure if they needed separate keys so just ordered a master one. Thank you

Helpful and fast

Didn't know my exact model , wanted to DIY to save some cash cheapest offer from a locksmith was 200 with their help i got the correct lock and installed for 80 thanks to the team for help

Can not get to speak to the company???

I ordered an expensive padlock from Lockstation on 11th October. I tried today to contact the company to find out if my lock had been despatched.

Instead of speaking to someone and getting an update I was left concerned as to whether this site is genuine??
I phoned three times, waiting, whilst I listened to their repetative jingo tell me how great they are but each time got cut off. I tried to speak to deliveries and also to sales. I never actually got to speak to a human. The website has not been updated since Saturday when I placed my order which says they are preparing my order. How many days does it take a "professional" business to put a padlock into the post?

A professional company should have people to answer the phone and tell me has my order been dispatched yet? This is my first order and I am NOT impressed.
Update: 16th October 10.30am
So my padlock arrived from Lockstation this morning but they sent me the WRONG padlock. I checked the order, just to confirm it was their mistake not mine. So I tried phoning Lockstation but they are continuing to have phone problems because I was cut off as I waited on hold. I called back a second time, this time selecting the sales option and got through.
They have apologised and said they would send out the correct padlock today along with a label so I can send the other one back. Hope this gets resolved in a couple of days but I would not use them again.

We understand how frustrating it must have been trying to get through without success, especially after placing an order for a high-value item. Our phone lines have been having some technical issues, which is being looked into — for that, we sincerely apologise.

Your order placed on 11th October has now been despatched. We are closed at weekends so your order was actioned Monday. Our standard delivery is 2-5 working days. However, you absolutely should have been able to speak to someone for an update, and we take full responsibility for that failure in communication.

We are reviewing our phone system to ensure customers are not left waiting or cut off going forward.

We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to put this right and hope to restore your confidence in us.
