Disappointing it took 10 days to…

Disappointing it took 10 days to deliver with no explanation way it was ordered on the 20th and eventually received on 30th but the product is good

I can see you ordered a made to order item which sometimes incur longer despatch times. This also clashed with black Friday weekend.

Ordered a window Espag locking…

Ordered a window Espag locking mechanism. It had a bit of bubble wrap round it and parcel paper on top of that and then parcel tape wrapped around the ends. It arrived bent. I have managed to straighten it as best I can and hope that it works when I fit it. I won’t be using this company again. This product should have been in a box for protection and also a fragile sticker would be a good idea as well.

We are very sorry to hear this was received bent. Unfortunately I cannot see any emails have been sent to notify us or any phone calls from yourselves, if we are notified we would have been more than happy to arrange a replacement for you.

We have sent these locks in this way for over 10 years and it is extremely rare for them to be damaged in transit, however your comments have been taken on board and passed over to or warehouse manager.

Please do let us know if you have any problems when fitting.

AVOID!!!

Delivery took longer than the service that was promised, Aftersales are rude and not helpful at all!
I would advise to go elsewhere!
