Lock Stock Locksmith Reviews

My Audi key would not lock my car, Martin came out, fixed my key and also now have spare set. Great service and reasonable priced. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Lock Stock Locksmith in Long Sutton. Martin was professional, friendly, and replaced my front door lock and handle quickly and efficiently. The service was smooth, and they clearly knew what they were doing.

If you need a reliable locksmith, I’d definitely recommend them!

I asked Martin to make a spare key for my F series BMW. Easy to get booked in didn’t have to wait long, he was also polite and knowledgeable. Spare key works as orginal thank you

Managed to lock my keys in my car on a Sunday evening and was told to call because of all the great reviews and I couldn’t be happier, came very quickly and helped me out quickly aswell! Very friendly guy! Couldn’t fault him :)

Cannot speak highly enough of Martin.
Locked myself out of my car with my dogs inside.
Martin came straight out and quickly got my car open. Unfortunately i only had one key (should always have 2 !).
So along with getting my car unlocked he also cut me a new key there and then.

Great guy. Highly recommended.

Easy to get hold of, and was able to call them out that same afternoon when I would be returning to my car. Efficient and fast service, definitely recommend if you're stupid like I was, and manage to lock your car keys in your car.

Excellent fast service, reasonable price, very nice man, very professional and knowledgeable, would highly recommend this company!

The guys at Lock Stock & Barrell are very competent and friendly. After the repair, my shoes looked new, my bag was stronger than before, the advice for certain activities were spot on. They do not shy away even from the smallest tasks and can help with almost everything.
We are so happy to have these guys in town and would not know what to do without them.

My wife managed to lock our keys in the car boot whilst halfway through a 4hr drive. Martin got back to me promptly, was very professional and helpful, despite it being a Saturday afternoon and being out with his family. He got to us as soon as he could and took no time at all to gain access to the car and get us back on our way. He was friendly and compassionate. Would definitely recommend.

Help and advice on us moving into a new property

In emergency, Lock Stock and Barrel (Saffron Walden) really helped us out today. Our main lock having failed, David arrived to work out what was wrong and later, Daniel arrived to fix the problem, which he did brilliantly. We were truly grateful since the day before the Christmas weekend, we had despaired of help. As it turned out, the shop, and the firm, could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

It was a great pleasure dealing with the Stansted, Essex, branch. Not only was the standard charge made (£6.99, less than I expected as I'd been quoted £12 elsewhere) but when told that I wanted 4 of the same keys cut they volunteered a deal of £6 per key. And the key cutting was fast and every key cut worked perfectly.

After losing the microchip from my car key and finding myself stranded in the supermarket car park, Martin was recommended to me by the AA mechanic who came out to me.
From the call being put in mid-afternoon, Martin came out and had a new key programmed that evening. Cheaper than a dealership and quicker than other options, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Martin again.

Martin is a lovely gentleman! Been without a car for a week and was waiting on another locksmith, decided to give Martin a call and within an hour he had traveled to my home and sorted the job! Can’t thank him enough. Reasonable infact, probably one of the cheapest around. Thank you Martin- you’re a life saviour!

Martin came within 3 hours and unlocked my car within seconds. Very efficient work!

I snapped key in my door, late at night, and Martin was more than happy for me to pick up a replacement lock cylinder.
I really can't ask for better customer service given the time of day, and how fast the problem was resolved. Friendly and well priced! Will definitely use again.
Cheers Martin.

Martin was great! Friendly, fast and happy to do a car key cut and programme on short notice, happy to do so late in the evening. I was done within 20 minutes and couldn’t be happier with the result, highly recommend!

Great service! Came to help really quickly with short notice!

Brilliant! Phoned at 11.00 am. They arrived at 1pm, fixed the lock. All done, with a smile.

After breaking the key of a dumper needed for a job early the next day I called Martin at 9 o’clock at night and he said he could help. We went and met him and he did the keys straight away and they fitted perfectly. Thank you very much would definitely recommend!
