We went from all our staff booking through a range of sites to the Locomote platforms. It's simple to use and makes my life as a manager a breeze.

Best in the business, easy, cost effective, safe and efficient. Booking travel any other way is crazy

I was very happy with the service and support I received from Locomote.

There was an initial issue with my profile (to do with my corporate profile set up) which Hestia in the Locomote team was able to resolve for me - working with the systems team to get my profile unarchived and my email address changed. Hestia was very responsive and helpful.

Hestia was also very helpful and took initiative in resolving an issue with the preferred payment/credit card details. I

The team is so great and always so helpful with any query that I have. Their response time is also very quick, which is great, especially working in a busy office.

Locomote has made our booking of business travel easier and more efficient. In addition, the tool has made it easier to manage and book business trips without back and forth with travel agents.

It has been very easy and efficient to book my own flights and hotels through the company. Would definitely recommend to other companies!

Since moving to Locomote our business travel has been so smooth and easy I wish I used them in my other role.

Their platform is simple and so easy to use and I never have an issue finding what I need to make my booking.

Locomote is defiantly an absolute time saver when it comes to arranging and rescheduling travel.

Once the booking is made their travel agents are just a message away to make any changes and there is generally a quick turnaround time on this.

Every time i have suggested something new they have taken this onboard and generally come back to me within the same day with a work around or a new feature to make my life easier.

They are new so having more hotel/hire car options would be ideal and allowing the bookings that are made by the authorised travel arrangers automatically approved would make for more efficiency.

I also think that there should be an 'extra baggage' option at checkout and if they could maybe hold back on the amount of emails that are sent per booking i would find that alot better however some people may find this beneficial.

The process from discussion to development to implementation was very easy and was supported by a great level of collaboration with both teams. The team have been very supportive during the initial launch and we look forward to the journey moving forward.
