Top tier customer service
I placed a "Bike to work" order with LOCO Scooters recently and my order was handled by Jon who i believe looks after all the bike to work orders. We chatted a bit back and forth via email before I finalised my order. I knew that the bikes are generally ordered in and was advised that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive given that it was shipped from the manufacturer. However, my order arrived in just over 2 weeks.
Jon reached out to me and let me know it was ready to pick up and I popped in to the store to collect it. The staff in the store were lovely and I was in and out in 5 minutes. My bike to work voucher was all processed for me in advance of collecting my bike. After a week of owning the bike, I just received a call from LOCO Scooters. Jon was just giving a follow up to see how things were and to make sure everything was to my expectations.
The service I received was second to none, Jon was a pleasure to deal with and his customer service is exemplary, the fact that he called just to check in a week afyer picking up the bike, really impressed me. If I ever look at another ebike or scooter purchase. Loco will be my first stop.

Jon from Loco is an absolute gentleman, after a abit of a nightmare with DPD, he got it sorted and kept me updated every step of the way. My son quickly received his new G2 scooter the next day and was also sent a gift to!
Would highly recommend Loco and will definitely order again in the future!

I've been going to Loco Scooters for a few years now, and there's a reason I keep coming back.
Big shoutout to Anna, Alex and Paddy for helping me sort out my VSETT scooter exchange. They were always super friendly, easy to talk to, and really willing to work with me to find the best option. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which makes a big difference.
The only small downside was the wait for the replacement mudguard and later the throttle repair—it took a bit longer than I expected. It was a bit frustrating at the time, but I get that sometimes these things are out of anyone’s control.
At the end of the day, what really matters is how a company treats you when things don’t go perfectly, and Loco Scooters handled it really well. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.hopfully not too soon 🤣
