Waste of money. I saw many listings of my interests and in-budget on their website so I paid the fee. Then, received via mail only a proposal completely out of budget. Also, I don’t feel the problem comes from my candidature (permanent contract, documents in order and guarantor). Found home trough other means. Not sure that all the listings they have are real

I have subscribed to LocService since August 2024, so it's been 4 months now and I haven't been contacted once by an apartment owner. I am not a picky person and my criterias weren't hard to meet. I had a big zone of research between Paris and zone 5 on the East side of Paris, so many cities to look for an apartment in and yet not one single contact. I also kept raising the budget and lowering the surface. At the end it LocService was just wasted time and money.

This website offers valuable advice on property rental in France, allowing you to customize your preferences and receive alerts when suitable offers arise. However, the rental system in France can be quite exclusive towards foreigners. Despite your financial resources and the guarantees you can provide, it’s common to face rejection from landlords. It might not be worth paying this service if you are an expat.

The chance of being offered a place is already low for the local french and is estimated to be close to zero if you are foreigner, even if you upload ALL required documents and have a garant. No matter how you spend the 29 euro elsewhere, it would be way more useful than buying a subscription here.

Very easy to use and fast service. As an expat who does not speak French, Locservice was the only way I could even get replies from landlords.

It worked perfectly for me, apartment found in less than one week after the subscription.

I found a my place thanks to Locservice! Put an announce in December only pay once and I was contacted by the owner. I truly reccomend for those who want to avoid burocraties and false announces on internet.

It was an awful experience; I couldn't find any accommodations that met my criteria. Consequently, I decided to pause my search. However, when I attempted to resume, I discovered that my account had been deleted. I was then prompted to create a new account and pay the fees once more. I NEVER intended to delete my account. My intention was solely to delete my housing search request, temporarily halting emails until I was prepared to resume my search for an apartment again. The confirmation email of my account deletion is also highly misleading, as the subject explicitly states: "Confirmation de la suppression de votre demande," not "suppression de votre compte."

No good prices, not so many opportunities. I have been using the platform for 2 months and found nothing good.

Absolutely horrible company. They have not sent me one single listing in my criteria and when I asked for refund they refuse to. This will take your money and you will NOT get what you asked. And my request isn't impossible either. I am looking for 1 bedroom apartment under 1500 euros and they keep sending apartments over 1500, Jinka has million advertisements for FREE that fit my criteria. THESE ARE SCAMMERS! Don't lose your money. I will be opening dispute with my bank to get my money back.
