I had a very good experience with lodestone especially, Koneshwaran. I did my wife's dependent PR application with them. Since we started it in lockdown period the process was significantly delayed but throughout the process konesh was patient and answered all our questions, was transparent and gave updates to keep us informed of the status and process.
