Took a bit of getting used to setting it up but with your Help it worked out brilliant sold it in about three weeks and still getting people asking to view. I got three times what the Park offered but I pay the transfer fee. I’d like to thank all your stuff for your help and every success in the future. This is a brilliant idea what you’ve done and will help many people so advise anybody wishing to sell their caravan plan a bit in advance so you’ve got time to sell it instead of having to sell it to the park.

I took up the offer of a 30 days free listing of my holiday lodge in Northumberland.
Initially, I had left the advertising to my park management, who had listed the lodge on their web site.
After a couple of months with not a lot of progress, I took up the above offer with Lodges & Caravans.Forsale
I listed the lodge on their platform with internal and external photos.
I then called the company and spoke to Robert Kingsley (the Business owner) and he promptly explained how it all worked
This was late afternoon on Day 1
After having his team verify the add that I had just up-loaded to his pklatform the add was live within an hour.
I had an enquiry on Day 2
On Day 3 we had a viewing and they prospective purchaser made an offer which I accepted
So it was all wrapped up within the first 5 days.
It has only been 17 day since I posted the add and its all done and dusted
I would highly reccomend using Lodges & Caravan.Forsale, especially while they have the 30 day free offer on as this sale has cost me nothing to advertise with a really positive result
However, I must add that although the sale was a result of the add I placed with Lodges & Caravans.forsale
The financial side of the transaction had to be done through our Park Management as they take their cut of the sale
I highly recommend using this platform for any mobile home/caravan sale

I’ve been trying to sell my luxury lodge for some time and kept coming up against estate agents charging fixed commissions of around 10%, which felt disproportionate and frankly off-putting. As a result, I decided to list the lodge myself across various platforms, but despite a lot of effort, I had no success and was starting to feel rather despondent.
I then came across this newly formed company, which is aiming to become something like the Rightmove of lodges and caravans. From the outset, I found the co-founder, Robert, to be very helpful, optimistic and genuinely engaged. It’s been a real relief to have someone take over the listing and promotion side for a clear monthly fee rather than a large commission.
It’s early days, but the support so far has been reassuring, and I finally feel like the listing is in capable hands. I’ll update this review if a sale comes through as a result of their work.
